Some quick sanding

This afternoon I got the rocket into the back garden, and did some light sanding
on the fins and fillets to remove any rough edges and get the surface ready for glassing.

The little Black and Decker Mouse sander did a great job of removing the rough edges.

Glad I did the sanding outside, as the dust was everywhere, and think I may need to buy a mask next time as my asthma was not very happy at the end.

Now just have to wait a few days for the 3 metres of S-Glass cloth and the Polyester Release film to arrive and I can start the next stage.
